INNOCENT LIVES FOUNDATION HIRES SHANE MCCOMBS AS COO AND ADDS ROBIN DREEKE, FORMER HEAD OF FBI BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS PROGRAM, TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
January 15, 2019, Orlando, FL — The Innocent Lives Foundation is pleased to announce its recent hire of Shane McCombs, who will join ILF as Chief Operating Officer, and recent addition of Robin Dreeke, who will join ILF’s Board of Directors.
Within the role of COO, McCombs will be responsible for creating continuous growth for the organization, which received 501(3)c status from the Internal Revenue Service in fall 2017.
“Chris [Hadnagy] and I met years ago as a customer of Social Engineer LLC,” McCombs said. After hearing Hadnagy, ILF’s Founder and Executive Director, speak about ILF and its mission to protect children by helping eliminate predators and abusers, McCombs knew he wanted to get involved. “I am thrilled to apply my background to drive growth for ILF and be sure that we help as many children as we can in a sustainable, controlled fashion,” he said.
McCombs comes to ILF uniquely primed with more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry, combined with more than a decade of experience in C-level roles. In those critical capacities, McCombs led enterprise-wide initiatives within project management, customer relationship management and acquisition, policies and procedures, process improvement, and infrastructure. McCombs is also an accomplished public speaker and trainer, focused on change management, professionalism, social engineering, and corporate security. In the past, McCombs volunteered for the Autism Hope Alliance and currently donates his time to local business as a trusted advisor.
Joining ILF’s Board of Directors, now six strong, Robin Dreeke brings a distinct portfolio of skills and experiences to ILF.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Captain in the US Marine Corps, Dreeke joined the US Federal Bureau of Investigations in 1997 as a Special Agent using counterintelligence and behaviorism to thwart efforts of the US’s greatest adversaries. Dreeke received advanced training and experience in the area of social psychology and the practical, scientific application of relationship development and trust, ultimately positioning him to lead the FBI’s elite Behavioral Analysis Program. Today, Dreeke is a recognized expert, author, and lecturer, and volunteers as a Command Pilot for the Patient Airlift Services (PALS).
Dreeke says he hopes to “help translate [ILF’s] interactions with law enforcement as well as help bring people’s hearts at ease by continuing to communicate trust and who we are as individuals.”
